FaceTite is a skin tightening procedure that uses a small subdermal probe to deliver radiofrequency energy that safely heats your skin and spurs collagen production. It can also liquefy excess fatty tissue, resulting in enhanced facial definition.

What Does FaceTite Target?
The main benefit of undergoing FaceTite at our Denton practice is the ability to achieve a rejuvenated visage without having to undergo a facelift. Many of our patients choose FaceTite as a means of:

A Look at the FaceTite Procedure
The FaceTite procedure will be performed at our surgical center in Denton, TX. Before you undergo the FaceTite procedure, you may have to stop using certain medications, quit smoking, and forgo the use of dermal fillers for six to eight months to ensure the best cosmetic results.
Day of Procedure
Skin tightens by about 40 percent immediately after the procedure, with results continuing to improve over a period of three to six months. With proper care, patients report FaceTite results lasting as long as five years.
Aftercare and Maintenance
After the Procedure
Your skin may be red immediately following your procedure and you can expect bruising and swelling for the next week. You can also expect to feel sore or tender for about five days, but most patients can return to work and resume normal activities within a week to 10 days.
Maintaining Results
You can maintain your FaceTite results by limiting sun exposure and using sunscreen. You should also create a daily skincare routine that involves the use of retinoids and moisturizers to slow the signs of aging. Dermal fillers can help maintain your youthful appearance after the effects of your FaceTite procedure start to fade. You can also consider a facelift.
Lifestyle Choices
Gaining or losing weight after receiving FaceTite can alter your results, so try to be at a healthy and stable weight that you can maintain before scheduling the procedure. Additionally, nicotine products can speed up the aging process of your skin, so it's best to avoid them.
What's the Difference Between FaceTite and a Facelift?
FaceTite is a nonsurgical means of reducing signs of aging with a device that uses radiofrequency technology.
A facelift is a surgical procedure that involves the tightening and repositioning of underlying muscles and the removal of loose skin on your face, neck, and jawline.
A facelift is more invasive and expensive than FaceTite. Facelift surgery is best suited for individuals with deep wrinkles and significant sagging that noninvasive treatments cannot address.
Can I Receive
Both Procedures?
Depending on the results you're trying to achieve, you could receive both procedures throughout the course of your life.
You may begin with FaceTite and later decide you're ready for a full facelift, but you can also use FaceTite as a way to maintain your facelift without undergoing surgery again.
